VEHICLE & PARKING: Convenient exhibitor parking is provided in designated areas and is free of charge. Exhibitor vehicles are allowed in the park for loading and unloading only. No overnight parking is provided in, or near, the park. All vehicles must depart Exhibitor Parking by 6:00 PM Sunday.
SETUP: Friday12:00 PM(Noon) until dusk; Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM-9:00 AM. Photo ID of accepted artist shall be required at check in. The park has limited vehicular access; please plan accordingly. Vehicles may only be in the park to drop off and pick up artist’s exhibition and must be immediately removed from park. All vehicles must be out of the park by 9:00 AM Saturday and Sunday.
BREAKDOWN: Begins after 4:00pm Sunday; vehicles will be permitted in the park only after visitors have left the festival area. Artists commencing breakdown prior to the appointed hour shall be excluded from all future Jacksonville Fine Art Festival events.
SECURITY: Is provided Friday and Saturday nights. Exhibitors may leave displays up overnight; however, the Jacksonville Fine Arts Festival, its sponsors, the Avondale Merchant Association, Inc., its officers and assigns, nor the City of Jacksonville shall be liable for any damage or loss to artist's display, artwork, perosnal or any other property.
PUBLICITY: Notification of acceptance and receipt of images is acknowledgement of your permission to use any and all images of the art and artists for publicity of the Jacksonville Fine Arts Festival without further compensation to the applicant / artist.
This agreement shall be deemed to have been executed in the State of Florida and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
The Jacksonville Fine Arts Festival, the Avondale Merchants Association, Inc., its officers and assigns, the City of Jacksonville, nor any sponsor of the Jacksonville Fine Arts Festival shall assume liability for any act of God, natural disaster, exposure to adverse weather conditions, damages, injuries, or any legal authority or any cause above and beyond its control.
Fees shall not be refunded due to inclement weather, act of terror, civil unrest, illness, or any extenuating circumstances.

ELIGIBILITY OF WORK: ONLY original artwork created and presented by the exhibitor shall be allowed. No more than one copy of reproductions may be on display. Kits, imports, mass-produced, and buy-sell items are not allowed. Postcards and note cards bearing reproductions of the artist’s work are allowed. If you have items of questionable eligibility, please request clarification of these items prior to the festival.
JURY PROCESS: Entries will be juried by qualified professionals. The jury process will consider the type, quality, price points, and overall appeal of works.
YOUR EXHIBIT: Booth displays must be professional, aesthetically pleasing and be representative of the work portrayed in the images submitted with your application. Handwritten signs of any type are prohibited. A card, listing your name, category and city will be supplied by the Jacksonville Fine Arts Festival and must be displayed in your booth during the entire festival. Exhibit spaces comfortably accommodate a 10ʼ x 10ʼ or 20’ x 10’ tent. All tents must be securely fastened to the ground, or have suitable weighting or other devices to prevent upset by weather or other forces. All display booths will be checked periodically during the Festival for compliance. Exhibiting artists must be on site at booth during Festival; sales agents or business representatives shall not be allowed. Ribbons & awards from other shows may NOT be displayed. No generators, open flames, animals, alcoholic beverages, or loud music shall be allowed.
IMPORTANT: Collaborative work must have all artistsʼ names and signatures on the application. Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting and reporting Florida sales tax on Festival sales. Misrepresentation of work will result in removal from Festival and forfeiture of all fees, prizes, and awards.
All guidelines herein will be strictly enforced. Failure to comply with these guidelines or exhibition of profane or unruly behavior by the exhibitor will cause immediate expulsion and will eliminate exhibitor from future festivals. The Jacksonville Fine Arts Festival reserves the right to make final interpretations of all guidelines.
All Festival proceeds benefit the Avondale Merchants Association, Inc., and St Vincent’s Foundation, Inc., Florida not-for-profit organizations. The Avondale Merchants Association, Inc., allocates Festival proceeds for its events and operations, community improvements, and artist’s awards. St Vincent’s Foundation, Inc., allocates festival proceeds to the St Vincent’s Foundation Good Samaritan Fund, an organization designed to provide free or low-cost health services to those in need.
